Change to glutaric acid after absorbing water. Sublime when heating up to 15¡æ (5mmHg). Glutaric Anhydride is used in the production of glutaric acid family pharmaceuticals. Additional applications such as the production of polymers, corrosion inhibitors, surfactants and metal finishing compounds might be available.
